Standard delivery is available for all orders, with express shipping options in selected locations. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link to monitor its journey. We also ensure safe packaging to preserve the freshness and quality of every product until it reaches your doorstep.

Exchange or Return of Coffee

At DOOKSKART, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange or return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • The item should include all original labels, accessories, and invoices.
  • A valid proof of purchase is required.

Due to the nature of food products, opened or used coffee products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

If your return request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit, as applicable, within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

For any exchange or return request, please contact our customer support team with your order details and photographs of the product, if applicable. We are committed to resolving your concerns as quickly as possible.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • fully equipped equipment;
  • a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the WoodMart online store;
  • warranty card;
  • an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.

The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation

Do you deliver on public holidays?
